Thank you for reading this . I am a psychologist a trained psychoanalyst (IPA) , a trained family and couples psychoanalyst. After my long trainings in the psychoanalytic arena I became mesmerised with the world of energy healing. Tai yi the first degree in Merlin Energy Vortex healing and Celtic techniques. My latest passion is ptsd and I am still training on that. My total years of studying are 16 and counting.
I think I might stand out because I have a formal psychotherapeutic training and spiritual energy know how. I now blend them in whatever I do and it works really well if so needed.
I can assist the healing of depression ptsd anxiety panic attacks and have been doing so for 27 years
I am certified as an anger management consultant and i am currently in my second certification for healing trauma
As well as working with couples or families and facilitating those dynamics.

My partner and I have been receiving counselling from Irene for a few months now and it’s been so reassuring and comforting to have someone who really listens and understands you without any judgement. Irene has been warm and positive towards us and we feel she has helped us so much already. We are very grateful ☺️

Irene has been an amazing therapist for me, helping me to address deeply rooted beliefs about myself that come from my childhood and formative years. She is really insightful, empathetic and not afraid to present challenging information that is helpful to know in the long run. Would highly recommend her to anyone, and particularly to anyone also interested in energy healing and spirituality (although that she is very much a psychoanalytic therapist first and foremost)

I have to say I have found the best therapist. Irene is compassionate and empathetic. She is very warm and very easy to connect. Irene listens and more importantly listens to what is been said. I have seen self growth within myself in the short term I have worked with Irene. Irene makes you feel safe and comfortable, this is something that is so important when dealing with life’s issues. Irene is very good at giving different points of view and helps you ask yourself questions which helps with processing. She has given me techniques that have helped massively. I would recommend Irene in a heartbeat and anyone who does get to meet her and work with her, wait and see the self growth and self awareness you gain about yourself. Irene is very caring and professional.
